Diary of an early riser

5.30am: Wake. Catch up on last night's Question Time. Fume.

7.00am: Run. In the pitch black.

7.40am: Porridge and espresso.

8.30am: Work. Last minute jobs. Taking down Christmas decorations. Writing New Year's messages for the team.

1.00pm: Leave for Ely. Listen to the Youth Gospel Choir CD on repeat the whole way and decide that it's actually pretty damn good. Sing till our throats hurt.

7.00pm: Hang out with Rob.

8.30pm: Crash.
