Bracebridge Pool

Woke up at about 5am (Sleepless in Streetly), my mind still whirring after all the upheaval of moving.

Went for another run in Sutton Park, although nursing a groin strain.

This is one of my favourite spots in the world, and any discomfort dissipated quite quickly as my brain absorbed the natural beauty of the place and the endorphins kicked in.
