All lined up ready to sail!

Despite the rain the tourists flocked to see the seven P&O liners sail from Southampton to mark 175 years.
I was lucky enough to spend the evening at a friend's flat overlooking the Southampton Water so had a grand view, especially when the rain stopped and visibility improved. Sadly the red arrows fly past was cancelled but we did see a helicopter and a Cessna 172 towing a banner, and the liners were escorted by a flotilla of smaller craft.
Our hostess then served up a warming bowl of chilli which was most welcome.
