Tuesday 3 July 2012: Green Hope

Today my mum and I installed her latest project - a window at Green Hope, near Duns. It's in an attic space and will be backlit so it can be viewed from outside.

I love watching the process of creating a stained glass window - from the initial ideas, sketches and designs to the finished piece. This is the first time I've helped to install a window so it's been interesting to see how it's done.
