Fear not, dear friends, I have not been self harming.
These are merely my recent war wounds from life in the trenches of of the YHA kitchen.
Were it not for the valour and humour in adversity from my fellow compadres Nick Nigel and Bella tonight I may have deserted for good, after burning yet another finger on a hot pan.
