Alana goes to high school in September. This is a thought to make you feel old in itself but I feel extra old because she is going to my old school. Today Alana spent the day there as part of the introduction to the school for the new intake. She had a great time. This evening was a bit of an introduction to the school for parents and an opportunity to meet her new form teacher and buy some school uniform bits. It is still very strange wondering around the place all these years later. I still have my old blazer somewhere and I've suggested Alana use this (there is a recession on after all!) but she's having none of it.
