Thursday 5 July 2012: edinburgh mist
had a great time with adam and his new girl tonight.
me and my sister lazed around for hours, watching the little vampire and the bride of frankenstein, halfway inbetween which i made some vegan banana bread/cake.its slightly too moist for bread, but not quite moist enough for a cake.either way-its delicious.
contemplated posting what it looks like, but there have been too many pictures to choose from for today!
first of all, it was insane thunder and lightning, with torrential rain, and i was rather scared!adams girl was like 2 hours late arriving!
so me and cal went for dinner without them(we were starved!), and then they finally arrived, and we had to try 3 different places til we found a place still serving food for adam and sarah to eat.then me and sarah ordered the same drink, as did callum and adam, which was funny, and then, when they had finished eating, and wed finished the drinks, we decided to go elsewhere for another drink, and upon stepping out of the pub, the mist was everywhere.
and i mean everywhere.
i love mist-it makes me feel im in a tim burton film(my favourite director), its all gothic and creepy and cool.
anyway, so i took this photo, and voila!
good night like, really lovely girl-who is indeed similar to me!
until tomorrow, when all i have to loo forward to is a vegan tuna sandwich and work, bleugh....
(and possibly a wine headache!)
