Thursday 5 July 2012: Dental Appointment
The sun was shining when I left the house - it is a five-minute drive to the dentist.
I like to be on time and arrived 15 minutes early.
I came 15 minutes late - hail and raining so bad I couldn't get out of the car for 30 minutes! I finally made it inside and had my treatment.
30 more minutes later when I returned to the car the parking lot was a lake and deserted - only my car left. I had to climb in the car from the passenger side - the water was deeper on the drivers side (and it did not smell good at all).
One quick photo out of the window and I took off - just in time I think - the sewer cover was just about to go swimming.
