Thursday 5 July 2012: Redcurrant Jelly - 2nd attempt

Yesterday young mr. Dutchoak interfered with Dutchoak's feeble attempts to do some product photography (there must be a book about that, that I must read!). Today, the attempt was repeated.

Most of the redcurrants have been eaten by the sparrows. No problem. We always end up with kilo's of last years harvest in the freezer, anyway. Now we have 4 pots with delicious clear redcurrant jelly. Tomorrow the blackberries. Yum!
