Sunday 1 July 2012: Knickers in a Twist ...
Getting dressed.
As adults, we take it for granted. When you are newly three years old, however, it means getting your knickers in a twist and two legs where one ought to be ... Tricky stuff.
We had the most perfect Sunday.
There was lots on, events happening and the like. But I decided we'd shun them in favour of a go-with-the-flow day. Absolutely the best decision.
Pancakes for breakfast.
A beautiful long pottery walk in the glorious sunshine.
Lazy lunch in the garden.
Mamma mowing the (huge!) lawn, Floraidh strapped to me, snoozing contentedly.
Finlay playing with the neighbours children - and their tree frog (urgh, I'm so frog-phobic, but refuse to show it in front of my children - so there I was 'cooing' over a tree frog that was FREAKING ME OUT!)
CWOCODILES!
Yes, that is cWoc, not croc.
Tired babies, full of fresh air, glowing with health.
Just.
Simply.
Perfect.
