Morning Sun

Enjoyed this view in Panshanger Park this morning. I had a wonderful walk - steady progress. Plodding on with physio exercises and had a massage/needling session this afternoon. A nap, quite a few chores and now off to Girlguiding County Walking Team Meeting. Who knows - I might even walk as well as talk with the team soon?!?
