Modesty maintained

Outside the window of a friend's living room stands this lovely lady. My friend says she has let the mahonia grow up round the statue to make it less revealing!
It was a bright morning and I guessed Normous would be gardening while I was out. What would he do with those secateurs? But he wasn't out there long, it was far too cold.
