This is Jon Riley, my editor at Quercus. Although he now specialises in crime, he is widely recognized as one of the best literary editors in London. He is also a huge Tottenham Hotspurs fan, and took me today to see their game at Whitehart Lane against Sunderland, which they won 4-1. I love it that I can go to football matches with my publisher - I think it is probably a rare phenomenon. This pic was taken at half-time. The tee shirt was a gift given to him by friends, since it was also his birthday. For those not in the know, Pochettino is Spurs' manager.
