Its that mountain again!

This morning Clickychick suggested we go down to the lake looking for shots.  As you can see it was a lovely morning and the sight of Blencathra just couldn't be resisted, so I pulled into a lay-by and took some shots.

We then continued down to the lake where actually there is much less snow.  It was photographers paradise or so the numbers there suggested.  There were four tripods lined up on the lake shore, OK two of them were ours.  Then there were people with every sort of image capture equipment known to man, or so it seemed.

However the lure of my favourite mountain won in the end. Also I would like to thank all those of you who helped to put yesterdays shot into the Popular section.
