Shadows

I am being very lazy this week - taking photos from the office window. Today is a lovely sunny, calm day. The surface of the Manchester Ship Canal is smooth and dark and suprisingly free of debris. As a result, a really clear shadow of The Lowry has been cast over the water. I have been trying out the saturation setting on my camera - again through the tinted office window - and the result gives it a bit more of a glow. On the opposite bank to The Lowry (where the cars are parked) is the site of media city:uk, the new home for part of the BBC in Salford.
