Breakfast of DIY Champions!

It was warm, flaky, and delicious.  But if I really thought about it, I realized I ate (for breakfast): 1/2 stick of butter, 1c of flour, 1/4c whipping cream, 1/4 apple (ooh! THAT's nutritious!), and about 1T of sugar.  Ooh!  and a pinch of egg yolk!  Still better homemade though - at least I know what's in it now! (That helps with moderation.. plus, I mean, I put in all the muscle and energy to MAKE them.. sooo.... :) Now I've gotta make some for the freezer!
