Sunday 8 July 2012: Red Dragon Pie
For the first weekend in 14 I've been home alone in Edinburgh, giving me a chance to get caught up on the domestic godess stuff that needs doing; including getting the freezer restocked.
I usually don't bother with the freezer that much in the summer - but for some reason I am very happy to have it re-filled with winter type fayre like stews, curries & soups (I'll blame the weather)
I've also had the chance to try out new (to me) recipes
