Looks like good old DDR

Have been to this dreadfully looking cinema building in Glasgow..You ve got a fine view from the 6th floor! First I found the picture looked like the former DDR/East Germany, but at a closer look one can recognise its good old Glasgow.
(Also does it remind me of a RadioHead cover, Ok computer I think..)
