Scent on a stray jasmine

Or is it a stephanotis or even something else? It has strayed from a garden and is in full flower on some waste land by the skate park.
Just what I needed for Tiny Tuesday.
I was surprised how much dew showed up once I saw it on screen.
An extra of a single but I preferred the heavily dewed one or should that be the one heavy with dew?
