Sunday 8 July 2012: Drying out

I went for a run up White Hill this morning and noticed many changes after the very heavy rain of the last few days. The path under the city by-pass must have been impassable with marks that the water had reached at least a foot above the level of the path on the banks of the Braid Burn. The path is badly needing repairs now with many large gaps where the water has washed the surface gravel away.

Here's a blip of a moth on some very wet grass by the path up White Hill. Does anyone know the name of this moth?
