Cottage Grasses

Looking up at the very first gate that I ever built, I'm pleased that it works as well as intended.

And the flowering grasses that my mother donated to the project are thriving, as well is the old rose that somehow survived its neglected years of being the guardian to the entry of the Contraptioneer's Retreat, to find new life on a Contraptioneer's Trellis, with water, fertilizer and everything!

Life is good today, and well worth living.
