Trees

The more one lives on the Western Isles, the more one appreciates trees. Turn around and I was facing a pretty cove with an impressive Arts and Craft style house overlooking it but the tree was what drew me eye.
Our winter tour has moved on from the Eton of last night to the western reaches of Cornwall today. We arrived just in time to have enough light for a stroll on the coast before heading for food.
Our gastronomic requirements of a visit to Cornwall has to include fish and chips, a pasty and eating out in the local Thai restaurant but both fish and chip shops in Porthleven were closed on Monday (why the same night one has to ask) and so a curry in the local market town of Helston was added to the list.
