The A or W Team ?

Katie, Fiona, Noreen, Elaine and Mary are wowing the teaching professing of the Mzuzu district with and array of teaching skills, never seen before in one place at the same time. The pic shows the conclusion of the first, 3 day in-service programme in Zolazola Teacher Centre with primary schools education advisor, head of Curriculum Development, mentors from 6 primary schools and selected teachers, under the auspices of Anna Sichinga, District Education Manager.
For Fiona and Noreen, this was their second visit, having spent four weeks here in 2011 delivering in-service to 200 teachers . Katie and Elaine are new to the job, but I feel that they'll be back.
Wells for Zoe are excited about the future of this programme; Train the Trainers, as in means that Malawian teachers will now train and in-service their fellow teachers in this Continuous Professional Development project, which all schools in the district have adopted.
This is a phenomenal honour for Wells for Zoe and an amazing achievement as it is being done at almost no cost except for the amazing generosity of the five ladies.
I might add that all the participants worked full days on Friday and Saturday even they were days off, such is their enthusiasm and this includes all the Education Ministry people.
Well done and sincere thanks to all concerned
