Chess

At the Re-freshers' Fair. The Chess Club had a table as well, down the lane from our LC table.

I'm in my preparation to deliver a talk on Chinese board games, including Chinese chess and go (weiqi). It's quite a challenge since I don't have expertise in any. Quite a shame so I get connected with a local player who's from weiqi association to co-run the talk.

Also my first night to attend the Italian beginner's class. Zero knowledge of the language but I gathered all the courage to do it. Bit nervous trying to remember quite a lot new words and accents, etc. Now I need a language partner to play with. ;-) but haven't seen an Italian speaker looking for Chinese yet :-(.
