Tuesday 10 July 2012: Gorilla V
The Gorilla V Jack Up Drilling Rig was an kind of unofficial "Gate Guardian" for the City of Dundee as it spent so long in the Docks there getting overhauled.
Here it is out in the Elgin/Franklin Field in the North Sea working for Total.
This is my last night onboard. Home tomorrow Yippeee! 4 weeks leave!
Got a visit to the Island of May for some Puffin Therapy lined up this weekend, and a Trip to Glen Affric after that, hopefully to get some Canoeing done.
Thanks to everyone who has looked in over the past 4 weeksand come back even if it was Fulmar after Fulmar... sorry, I do like them.
