Thursday 12 July 2012: Destruction of the Works .....
The destruction of the works has begun in earnest now with the scrap guys cutting up the dryer cars and stacking all the Chrome Steel Pallets ready to be taken to Shoreham to be shipped of to China no doubt.
You do not know how hard it is for me to see this destruction everyday and witness the final end of my little works, I am glad I am away next week, I will miss the bulk of the works disappearing into skips bound for the coast.
BTW this attachment on the end of this CAT 360 cost the outfit £20,000 to buy and it cuts through steel like scissors though paper.
I am out tonight with friends for a nice meal and chat.
