Vegetable

I am making a conscious effort to try to increase my plant food intake. I was a vegetarian  for over 20 years and only started eating meat when I moved abroad.  I don't eat much dairy or poultry so that is an easy area to cut back on.  I'm not certain that I will give up beef or seafood entirely, but I think a better balance might be healthier.

As I was feeling smug about my healthy vegetarian dinner I celebrated with a vegan friendly beer!

Think balance is a concept I'm perhaps unfamiliar with ;)
