One Short Walk

That is by Caley's own standards. Mrs SJR has had a nasty sore ankle for most of the week and it doesn't like descending on rough ground. I woke in the night with  cramp in my calf muscle and it was still aching this morning. The cumulative effect was that Caley had a low level walk of perhaps just an hour this morning.

He hopes normal service will resume soon.
