Thoughts : A sign in the window reads "Cupcake Champion of Great Britain 2010". No vain boast. Google it like me and you'll find that the Sunshine Bakery did indeed win the Grand Champion title in 2010 with their Banana and Mango cupcake. Its creator said that the recipe had been "inspired by sunny days". No doubt the name of the shop was inspired by a "sunny place".

Shame the "CA" in this instance refers to rainy old Chapel Allerton and not to balmy California. Chiz, chiz.
