Hackneyed tree trunk

Everyday I walk the same round with the dog. Our neighborhood, past the power station with a small pond and back along the walking area for dogs. And always I see this hackneyed stump. I think the structure of the annual rings and the imprint of the chain saw and the colors by the moisture pretty. So the camera it today and here it is.
