Recently, I was inspired to appreciate this teng'ar . . . which tonight turned into taking this apart and restringing it, and in the process, envisioning and making my first tassel. The colors I so happened to chose for this tassel make it reminiscent of hair that could be described as . . . blazing with fire. The color of those lapis lazuli beads is so mesmerizing. It's funny, I never thought of myself as the tassel making type, but all it took was making the first one. I'm hooked.
