Sunday 15 July 2012: Green Tea
A circuit of Ashton Court this morning and then a green tea and a chat. Given that we normally have a cappuccino this was the height of sophistication.
A great bike ride. I'm a bit fitter, a tiny bit lighter, a touch more relaxed - all of which must help a bit. A perfect morning, weather wise.
So we sat there for a while, almost as long as we had spent riding, put the world to rights a bit and then tootled home, pausing briefly to cheekily invite ourselves around for tea at Mum and Dad's.
Perfect Sunday morning bloke therapy and none of the rules of cycling broken!
Having said that, Phil's otherwise lovely bike has a painted on 'sagatron'. Specialised! What were you thinking?
