Skerries

On the way to Dublin we stopped off at Skerries so that Ewan and I could do a spot of fishing. It's been some time since we lost some fishing tackle and it was time to catch up. Luckily within five minutes, I'd managed to snap my line on a botched cast and sent my wee lure flying off into the sea. Seconds later, Ewan snagged his on some rocks and it just had to be cut loose. We should have stopped then because for the next hour we neither lost nor caught anything. But quality time: there's no substitute.
