Sunday 15 July 2012: Almost a disaster but not quite

Back at Gord's for more family photos. This shot was one of those times when nothing goes quite right. I was rushing it a bit. I forgot to charge the batteries for the remote viewer. The wireless remote changed channels and I couldn't remember how to reset it. Then I nudged the camera dial to M and all the shots came out 1 stop over exposed. And it appears the bloody lens has gone back to being blurry over half the frame. I will never buy another Sigma lens. Tokina is the third party brand to buy as far as I'm concerned.
Converting to mono has made the best of a bad job. And everyone looks happy - which is the main thing.
