This is always such an awesome sight. I live in Iceland and I try to stay up late a few times during the winter months to witness this :) I have a few photos from last winter in my Blipfolio.

We're staying with my mum just south of Manchester and they were saying there was a chance of seeing them as far south as here, but we looked for a while and didn't see anything. So that's for sharing!

I spent three hours waiting last night and all i got was 1,ooo bug bites. This is amazing!!!!!!
~ Giacomo

Wow, wow, wow. I seen an alert at 12 last night, and wandered off round the corner to the edge of the golf course (I'm west coast), and gazed northwards. I stood, and contemplated standing until light, but I needed to get something else on, and maybe a chair. I think I need to be more prepared.
Did you hear the noise?
~ dogwithnobrain
