Monday 16 July 2012: Cruising speed

I do wish work was a lot further from home, no sooner have I got up to cruising speed than I've arrived at my destination.

Although it is amazing what three minutes on your bike can do to wake you up in the morning and empty your head of work-related brain ache in the evening.
