Madonna and Child

Pete organised an outing for us this afternoon to the Barber Institute of Fine Arts at Birmingham University. A wealth of paintings and sculpture to admire, with interesting minor works by major artists. This Madonna and Child by Giovanni della Robbi particularly attracted me.
