............and relax!

This is what bank holidays are for, isn't it? ;-)

The weather is damp, wild and cold today, not ideal for getting up to much on a bank holiday Monday......but got to make the best of it, so we walked (got blown) into town, bought a paper, and a couple of other bits, then we took ourselves off to Reds Cafe. We'd already decided that today we would sample their food, not just a coffee.

We treated ourselves to their Club Sandwich, shared a portion of chips, and a pot of tea. All very nice indeed.

We walked home, still windy and cold, and trying to rain on and off :-/. Not the weather to go out anywhere so the rest of the day will be spent indoors; laundry to dry, kitchen floor needs a steam clean. Then I'm going to spend an hour or so looking at holidays for next year ;-) we already have three booked up for this year :-)

But first things first, today's Mono Monday "portrait" contribution is hub sat having a relaxing cuppa.

Oh btw, how good was the final episode of The Night Manager......just a fantastic series :-)'
