Natures etching

During my quick lunch time wander I noticed the intricate detail on this tree bark. Nature has endless master pieces.

My bike is in the shop for a service of the seals in the front forks. Hopefully it hasn't dried out or that will be a major cost. I'll know tomorrow when they take them apart.

What with the bike shop, learning how to re-program the garage door remote (it seems to have worked), and the ongoing nightmare with Vodafone, there wasn't much time for much exercise.

Maybe now I've lodged a complaint with Vodafone they'll finally leave me alone. Failing that there is always the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Service.

Oh for a quiet life.
