Small Details

The ocean is so huge that seems like it will absorb you. According to observations from the plane, it doesn't have the blue cooler that we accustomed to, rather it has grayish color. When I stand close to the ship that is placed in the harbor, it is approximately 14 times bigger than me. However, now with different frame of references, it looks 25 times smaller than me.

According to Leroy Hood, “If you just focus on the smallest details, you never get the big picture right.” Sometimes people dramatize minor issues. To us it may seem like a bigger problem than it is, but in reality it is not. When a person doesn’t have a noteworthy activity to be busy with, they can escalate small problems into explosive, exaggerated issues. This is why people sometimes make a mountain out of a molehill. Based on this they cannot understand major picture.
