St Michel de Rupe

1100 feet above sea level, dating from the 13th Century, sits St Michel de Rupe church atop Brentor, Dartmoor.

It's a breathtaking location and a fascinating spot.

Probably better seen large!

We travelled here from the Eden Project and then onwards to Lydford Gorge (thumbs up) and then on via Castle Drogo (Great Grayson Perry tapestry) back to home.

Said a quick hello to the new neighbours, unpacked the bus and had a welcome cup of tea.

Living on the edge!
