Wednesday 18 July 2012: at Long Strand

I took the boy for a walk at Long Strand this morning. He had me climbing up and down the dunes with not a twinge in my back, the chiropractic is working !
Worn out now though.

It was a nice bright breezy day with moments of actual warmth.
