Bird brain

As part of a community arts project in May, the parish hosted a workshop to create birds from found and organic material.
This is my bird of paradise crafted from carefully woven grass, sea weed, driftwood and lots of thread.
All those present had great fun creating birds and nests, which will adorn a walking circle rest station along the 80km extreme arts walk. I am not sure whether it is the art or the distance over 2 days that is considered to be extreme.
