A monster makes off with Big Ben.

Oh no wait, that's just Olympic Mascot Wenlock playing on London's South Bank. With thanks to M who I bumped into on my way to work and who suggested the classic Taj Mahal shot reworked with Big Ben and Wenlock.

Actually (here's the tourist guide part for anyone not familiar with London) that's not Big Ben you see in the distance, that's the newly renamed Elizabeth Tower (previously the Clock Tower) of the Houses of Parliament. Big Ben is the bell that chimes inside.

A miserable grey and wet day again today so it was nice to see a bright and colourful Wenlock (the 'underwater' design - he's just outside the London Aquarium).
