Friday 13 July 2012: Empty
An empty office block.
Except it's not.
Go down to the basement and you find a load of folk pounding on treadmills, whirring on bikes, stepping on...step machines*, pumping iron, and more.
Funny that.
Must dash and get myself there.
* not the best one, but I couldn't think of what else they are called or what you do on them - the only other was climbing on the climbing machines but that sounds a lot grander than reality and is still balls
