Through a glass darkly

On the way to see the lad's lawyer about his accident injury claim from 5 years ago. We have a government controlled monopoly on auto insurance who quickly jump to defend the wrong doer in accident cases. The net result of this is that things take forever to sort out. 
A good meeting, looks like it will be settled out of court.
