Garlic

Today I moved 1 ton of bark mulch for the 20ft bed that will be fruit bushes and herbs. Then moved 1 ton of soil & horse shit to top up the bed where the spuds are going in.
But strangely photographed neither of these so here are various kinds of garlic and shallots.
We like garlic.
