Dockey Wood bluebells

Today I headed over to Dockey Wood on the Ashridge Estate in Berkhamsted to see how the bluebells were coming along.  There is always a lovely display here and this year is no exception.

The weather threw everything at me today - sun, cloud, several hailstorms, wind and even a few flakes of snow ... and it was freezing! 

Before heading home I stopped off at Pitstone Windmill for a few pics which can be seen here, along with a few extra pics of the bluebells, the hailstorm and a bluebell ICM.
