I went for a run this morning. I haven't had my running shoes on for over a month, but I made a promise to myself yesterday and I kept it. 5km slightly faster than a snail, and I didn't stop or even die. I even managed to find enough energy to sprint the last km home. (sprint being a very relative term in my lexicon!)
I've now listed and prioritised my tasks for the morning and according to my new anti-procrastination device 30/30 I should be on my bicycle cycling to Sainsbury's in 75 minutes time.
I have no idea what I'll be doing after that because 30/30 doesn't think it is possible to fit 347 different tasks into one day. I'll find the perfect app one day...
