And I've sent a specialist in to find it. 

Actually, I'm 80% decided but I plan to use the time between now and the deadline on Thursday to talk to a few employment agencies re - my prospects of finding a new job, how soon and salary expectations. No point accepting a redundancy package if you then find yourself struggling to find a job offering a comparable salary and importantly for me, doing something that I enjoy. I like my current job - it's the company that stinks.
